Privacy policy

AISDLC.DEV is run by LifeVicarious Solutions LLP ("we", "us"), 1243, 24th Floor, Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Gunjur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087, India. We are responsible for the personal data described here. We collect only what we need to run missions, produce your report and take payment. We don't sell personal data and we don't show ads.

What we collect

• Your Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We never see your Google password.
• Your preferences: for example your preferred programming stack and whether you joined a waitlist.
• Purchases: what you bought, the amount, your billing country, and the order and payment IDs. Razorpay processes the payment itself; we never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your mission work: the code you submit, the questions you ask the mission's stakeholder, your answers to the short debrief after you submit, and simple activity measures such as time taken and paste counts.
• Coding-agent transcripts, only if you agree: the conversation with your coding agent is uploaded only when you choose to include it, after you have seen a preview with secrets and personal details removed.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, kept for security and to fix faults.

This public website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking. When you sign in to the app, a sign-in token is kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in.

Why we use it

• To create your account, sign you in and unlock what you bought (to provide the service you asked for).
• To evaluate your submission and write your report. Automated checks decide the scores; AI models help write the explanations, and a person reviews each report before you receive it.
• To take payment and keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
• To keep the service secure and working.
• To improve missions and scoring, using data that has been anonymised or aggregated so it no longer identifies you.

If we invite you to a research study, we will ask for your consent to that separately. You can say no and still use AISDLC.DEV.

Who processes it for us

• Microsoft Azure hosts our servers, database and file storage in the Sweden Central region (European Union).
• Google provides sign-in.
• Razorpay processes payments in India.
• AI model providers process the content needed to answer stakeholder questions and to draft report explanations, on our behalf and only for that purpose.

These providers act on our instructions under their own security and data-protection terms. Some of them may process data outside India. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, submissions and reports while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, and it leaves our backups as they roll over. We keep payment and tax records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Anonymised data that can no longer identify you may be kept.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• withdraw a consent you gave, such as for transcripts or research, without affecting what we did before.

Write to support@aisdlc.dev from the email address on your account. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU, to your data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our database is not reachable from the internet. Submitted code runs only in isolated sandboxes. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

Age

AISDLC.DEV is for people aged 18 or over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app.
