Terms of service

1. Who we are

AISDLC.DEV is provided by LifeVicarious Solutions LLP ("we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India, at 1243, 24th Floor, Prestige Lakeside Habitat, Gunjur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087, India (GSTIN 29AAJFL4387L1ZJ). By creating an account or buying anything on AISDLC.DEV, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The service

AISDLC.DEV offers practice engineering missions. You work on a mission's codebase on your own machine, using a coding agent of your choice, and submit your work. We evaluate it with automated checks and give you a report with feedback. Reports are educational feedback, not a certification, qualification or hiring recommendation, and, while we work hard on accuracy, they may contain mistakes.

You need your own computer, the tools the mission lists for your chosen stack, and, if you use one, your own subscription to a coding agent. Those third-party tools are covered by their own terms.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your account to yourself, and tell us at support@aisdlc.dev if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don't store card, UPI or bank details. A purchase gives you personal access to the mission or plan you bought, for your own use. If we change a price, the change does not affect anything you have already paid for.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Access is delivered online as soon as your payment is confirmed. Subscriptions, when available, renew each month until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Purchases are not refundable except in the cases set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Fair use

You agree not to:

• share, publish or resell missions, their code, briefs or reports, or let others use your access;
• try to discover, copy or bypass the hidden checks, the evaluation system or other users' data, or probe our systems for weaknesses;
• submit code designed to harm our systems or anyone else, or anything unlawful; or
• use automated means to access the service other than the tools we provide and the coding agent you work with.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you why first.

7. Your work and our content

The changes you write are yours. You give us a licence to store, run, analyse and evaluate your submissions to provide the service and your report, and to use them in anonymised or aggregated form to improve our missions and scoring. Missions, their code, hidden checks, reports and the AISDLC.DEV site and software belong to us or our licensors. You may keep your report for your own use and share it with others as your own feedback.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep AISDLC.DEV available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or withdraw missions and features. If we withdraw something you have paid for before you could use it, our refund policy applies.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities.

10. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. Otherwise, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
